The Stella Trail Maris Eliyahu the Prophet was inaugurated as part of Leo Buck's joint community building project
On Thursday (26/08/21) there was a festive opening with many participants of the Stella Maris Elijah the Prophet Trail project, a touristic community trail, initiated by Jewish and Arab activists of the Leo Buck Education Center who are part of Building Shared Communities. The program led by the Leo Buck Education Center and with the support of the American Agency for International Development usaid is held in collaboration with the Society for Experiencers and with the participation of 10 experiencers from the North.

The event was attended by Jewish clergymen, Baha'i Muslim Christians and Ahmadis who blessed the special and interfaith initiative in highlighting the place of the Prophet Elijah, who is sacred to all religions and whose contribution to the city of Haifa in establishing the city's place as a city of good neighborliness, tolerance and understanding between religions.
In the future, dozens of groups of Jews and Arabs of different ages are planned to arrive, who will be guided by the volunteers and activists in order to enjoy an excursion route located in the most beautiful location in the city of Haifa, which includes attractions, formation games and workshops on common values for people of all religions.
