Exciting: Maccabi Haifa's championship plate arrived at the graves and homes of the families of the IDF martyrs
After the Maccabi Haifa soccer team won the state championship title a few days ago, the championship plate won by the team arrived this morning (Mon. 7/6/21) to the graves and family homes of Shawn Carmeli, Omer Tabiv and the late Adir Katz, to share Honoring the memory of the three IDF soldiers who were fans of the team and loved it so much.
In our hearts forever • The championship plate came to the families of IDF martyrs | Watch
The manager of the Maccabi Haifa team, Gil Ofek, brought the championship plate to the families and said:
Shawn, Omar and Adir accompanied us with all their hearts and unfortunately they are not with us at this happy moment. This is the least we can do to perpetuate their memory and encourage the families even a little. may them rest in peace.

Shikma, the aunt of the late Omar Tabiv, addressed the club and said:
I would like to point out the sensitivity and the great attention given to Omar's painful family. Reaching seven, the ceremony in the championship game and reaching them with the championship plate is an example and a model for this amazing club. A club that receives a lot of love from the fans all the time (even when there is no championship), but knows how to wrap in a huge hug when needed. These are some moments of pleasure in such a painful and sad time. Thank you for who you are.

Very exciting. Well done
