MDA informed Lahi Pa:
Magen David Adom forces treated 150 casualties in the disaster in Miron.
"This is one of the most severe civil disasters the State of Israel has known and it is difficult to digest the scale of the disaster," said MDA Director General Eli Bin this evening as the evacuation of the wounded and injured to the hospitals was completed. "For over 20 years Magen David Adom teams have medically secured the revelry in Miron and this year it was one of the most complex security operations that MDA prepared for with over 250 ambulances and intensive care vehicles from all over the country, dozens of motorcycles, ATVs, buses to evacuate casualties, Unique rescue vehicles and MDA helicopter. As every year, this year too we deployed several clinics throughout Miron that were adapted to the security of the event. Yesterday morning we participated in a large exercise led by the Israel Police and we did not imagine that we would find ourselves in such a complex and difficult event. All the forces acted quickly and with dedication in a very difficult and complex arena, in coordination and cooperation with all the parties. "Even for the MDA teams, who are used to difficult scenes, an event of this magnitude is very difficult. We pray and wish a full recovery for the injured and share in the grief of the families whose loved ones perished in the heavy disaster," said Eli Bin.
Like every year, the Magen David Adom forces, which include hundreds of medics, paramedics, doctors and first aiders, were prepared on Mount Miron with hundreds of ambulances, intensive care vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs and unique rescue vehicles and clinics that were adapted to the security of the event.
At 00:49 a.m. calls began to come in for casualties from a crowd near the "Toldot Aharon" celebration, near the Rashbi's tomb in Meron. Large forces of Magen David Adom made their way with medical equipment and stretchers and when they arrived at the scene of the incident, they were horrified by the sight of the many casualties.
The salvation union said:
The medical teams of the Rescue Union performed CPR on a number of mortally wounded people, and provided aid to dozens of victims at the Tolad Aharon lighting complex in Meron.
Eli Polak, CEO of Ihud Hatzla, gave a speech:
"This is a very unusual event in its scope and unfortunately human life was claimed. Dozens of volunteers of the Rescue Union participated in the resuscitation operations and provided assistance to dozens of victims in various situations - some of them were evacuated to the Ziv Medical Center in Safed and Western Galilee in Nahariya in ambulances of the Rescue Union."
Avi Markos, director of the Medical Department of the Rescue Union, gave a speech:
"This is a very serious incident with dozens of victims on the scene, some of whom unfortunately were pronounced dead due to the nature of the severe injuries they suffered. Also, Hussan teams - the mental first aid unit of the Rescue Union provided and continue to provide assistance to a large number of anxiety victims."

A tort claim may be filed against a number of those responsible
Attorney Shmuel Steiner, who specializes in tort law, told Lahi Pa:
The victims of the "attack in Miron" and their heirs can file a tort claim against a series of responsible parties, including the Internal Security Minister, the Israel Police, the Chief Rabbi of the Wall, wearing the hat of the head of the Five Committees, against all the endowments that operate there, and especially Tolad Aharon, where the incident happened.
A lawsuit is also possible against the engineers who approved the safety on the spot, against the contractor who built the stainless steel surface on which they slid, against Arie Deri personally who worked to remove all the limitations of climbing the mountain. Against the Prime Minister who promised politically that there would be no limit of people.
All together and separately.
For months we have been warning of the disaster that will come with fatal accidents from a collision with huge 200 kilo wild boars that walk on all the roads of the Carmel Ridge neighborhoods.
The municipality closes its eyes to the problem, tries to throw the treatment on RTG, tries to claim that there is no proliferation out of control and it's all just in the media, tries to sweep the problem under the carpet when every week you see hundreds of giant pigs in the middle of busy roads like
Moriah, Horeb, through the sea.
Here you have a disaster that can be dealt with with an order for immediate thinning - and the municipality is doing everything to do nothing.
The ministers for nothing and nothing took delusional decisions disconnected from the safety inspection, the safety approvals... and we will see what excuses they will come back with now. And who will throw the responsibility...
My heart goes out to the new spokesman for the Israel Police. Eli Levy, I wonder what you are required to say about Minister Ohana who together with Deri agreed not to limit those coming to Miron. I did not imagine that so quickly Eli Levy would face such a shocking situation, good luck to you to stay true to yourself, your children and your whole family.
Another failure of the authorities. How did they let in such a large number of people. The main thing is that they are prepared and doing exercises. Of course, no one will take responsibility for this failure. As usual..
No awareness of safety.
It's called::
"Will be fine"
"A waste of money"
