These are the red streets that Kita mentioned in his letter:

In his letter Kita added: I am asking you to work to improve safety in those "red" streets with many casualties. I am confident that human lives are in front of your eyes and the Green Light Association, which promotes the fight to save human lives on the roads, is at your disposal at any time and ready for any possible assistance.
Erez Kita, CEO of Or Yerok Association:
The urban space drains into it many victims of road accidents. In fact, this is a very clear injury scene with similar characteristics and populations that are at high risk of being injured in road accidents. The transportation changes caused by the corona virus may exacerbate and increase the trend of injuries in the urban area, when many will use bicycles and electric scooters instead of using a private car. Therefore, the Ministry of Transportation and Road Safety must grant powers to the mayors so that each and every one of them promotes safety in their city. We must quickly promote the continuation of the bicycle project, which paves safe cycling routes for regular, electric and motorized scooter riders. At the same time, the project should also be expanded to other cities throughout the country. On the side of improving the safety of cyclists, the weak points for pedestrians as well as the red cross crossings should be located, and the infrastructure should be improved with them in order to reduce the number of injured pedestrians in the cities. Only a combination of arms between the mayors and the Ministry of Transportation and Road Safety could lead to a reduction in the number of casualties in the urban sector.

Despite the closures - an increase in the number of fatalities in the urban area in 2020
Despite the corona virus and the long lockdowns that confined the public to their homes for months, there was an increase in deaths in the urban area in 2020. A figure that indicates the great failure of the Ministry of Transportation and Road Safety, as well as the local authorities, in reducing the number of deaths in cities and towns. 141 people were killed in road accidents in the urban area in 2020 compared to 135 people who were killed in the urban area in 2019 - six people more. 46% of all fatalities in 2020 were in the urban area, a figure that is about 20% higher compared to the number of fatalities in the urban area in 2019 which was 38%.
Gogo, where were you born Pooh, do you know who built Haifa, please learn the history of the city and then beat the Arabs who built it for you to live here
I travel by public transportation, I mean buses, when most of the drivers are Arab drivers who learned to drive in the villages, and believe me, cruelty to animals would not allow them to lead animals to slaughter, and here they are driving passengers. They deliberately increase speed seconds before a station and arrive at the station with a sudden brake and look in the large mirror above them to see who has fallen On the bus. It's just an intifada in the midst of public transportation. And no one is talking because they lack drivers because no one wants to work in this type of work that was once respectable but the pigs of the stock market to generate profits for the shareholders is a factor in paying starvation wages to the drivers and they won't tell you otherwise.
We must return to the horse and cart
Municipal Auditor's Report 2019 Road Safety Office in Haifa Municipality was budgeted for 1.1 million NIS, only 500,000 was used because there is no organized headquarters. The activity was paralyzed, there are no work plans for two years. Everyone who was supposed to handle it left the municipality.
Do an investigation on the subject.
The number of accidents despite the corona closures is constantly increasing in 2020 as a percentage of all trips there is a jump in accidents
Shad Abba Khushi is a dangerous street, the vehicles drive at crazy speed, the crosswalks are dangerous for each other. There is not enough enforcement.
The matron - all the labors she goes through are red
Transportation engineers murdered Haifa with ruined roads, a deficient plan, the lack of public transportation to the neighborhoods and the elimination of the city's budget on cable cars and nonsense.
The lawlessness of the road users is severe and intolerable in Haifa, the city where the bullies live, the driving is unbearably difficult, especially the two-wheelers, and when the enforcement is almost zero and the justice system tends to be kind to the road criminals, the results speak for themselves, dead, seriously injured!!!
