Chabad lights up Haifa on Hanukkah - Rabbi Yehuda Ginzburg in an interview with Lehi Fe:
In a special sale we lit 35 menorahs all over Haifa and also in the city hall. We did the ceremony at City Hall outside the hall, due to the restrictions of the Corona virus.
Everyone in Haifa sees the Hanukkah and this is how we publicize the Hanukkah miracle and remind that even in the greatest revelation one finds the light. We pray for a great miracle that will eliminate the corona epidemic.
On Hanukkah they light a miracle, in memory of the small tin of oil that lit the menorah in the Temple, after the Greeks defiled all the oils.
I wish for the people of Israel that even when the situation seems difficult, we can be satisfied with the small oil can that will light our way for eight days or even more.

Where is there in Kiryat Haim? I haven't seen a single one.
Kudos to Chabad. Walking around the Land of Israel and seeing decorated fir trees is sad and sad. We are the State of Israel, a Jewish state. As many Chanukahs as possible!!!
And the question is:
A single Jewish state, this is our uniqueness, Jewish culture is the key to improving education, a feeling of belonging to Haifa for the younger generation and economic development from increasing tourism.
Why doesn't the Haifa municipality buy and light manukahs outside and why doesn't it decorate for Hanukkah and other Israeli holidays? Why only rely on ultra-Orthodox from Chavd?
