"The Yaffe Nof company was kidnapped by foreigners who sabotaged it in the most severe way"
Member of the city council and chairman of the board of directors of "Yefa Nof" company, Yoav Ramati, submitted to the mayor of Haifa, Einat Kalish Rotem, a letter of resignation from his position as chairman of the company
In the letter he sent, Ramati wrote:
"The Yaffe Nof company was hijacked by foreigners who sabotaged it in the most severe manner, as written in the reports of the municipal auditor in 2015, 2016, and 2019 on the periods preceding my taking office.
This episode will be remembered as a period in which the company was saved from deteriorating into the mouth of the abyss, after several years in which it was managed without professionals, without gatekeepers and with the aggressive conduct of politicians."
Ramati describes in the letter his activities as the chairman of the company:
"My activities during this period to revive the company included neutralizing the dangers and transferring the projects that could have caused a disaster to the company and its environment, firing the failed management, bringing in professionals of the highest level to manage the crisis, appointing a female CEO and vice presidents with experience in the field, structural changes, changing organizational culture and more.
My activity to stabilize the company included a push for renewed preparation and giving special emphasis to activity in the area of the city of Haifa in a variety of additional areas beyond those that exist today."

Ramati concluded that he is handing over a regenerating company, with a professional CEO, who is able to establish and renew the company's management, quality professionals, some old and some new, a flexible, fast and highly motivated company, which can serve as the executive arm of the municipality and for the well-being of the residents.
How did he resign if the Ministry of Interior did not approve his entry into office?
Yoav did good things. It's a shame he resigned
