The program is a flagship program of the Israel Police in the relationship between the police and the community. During the year, the youth went through a series of meetings once a week at the community center Beit Magnetza. The youth enjoyed a wide variety of activities that included meetings with professionals, workshops to prevent violence in everyday life, a visit to the police school in Kiryat Ata, a tour of firefighting and MDA, a trip to the Haifa Baha'i gardens, tournament games between police officers and boys, etc. In addition, various guests and lecturers arrived who gave lectures on the topics of preventing the use of alcohol, drugs and violence, and the boys were exposed to the activities of the police and got to know the state institutions closely.
This week, a ceremonial closing ceremony of the Mila program was held at the Haifa Police Station in the presence of Haifa Mayor Yona Yahav, Deputy Mayor Yulia Straim and Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino and Beit Magnaza community center branch manager Dessa Ngosa. During the ceremony, certificates of appreciation and prizes were distributed to the youth who successfully participated in the project and it was agreed to continue the program's activities at the community center Beit Magnetza soon.
