As every year, this year as well, the President's Distinguished Service award ceremony is held on Independence Day, this year because of the buyer, the ceremony was postponed to Rosh Hashanah
Deputy Molalem (Moli) Ambau from Haifa received the President's Distinguished Service Medal today
Deputy Ambau (21) was born in Ethiopia and immigrated to Israel at the age of three. Serves as a commander in the escort company of Himalat in prison 4.
Molly enlisted in February 18, she was supposed to be enlisted as a fighter in a combat gathering, but due to a medical problem they asked to lower her profile to 21. After her long struggle with a medical committee, it was decided to raise her profile to 64. She received an assignment as a dentist's assistant and refused at the BKOM.
Molly insisted on getting a significant role. The screening officer suggested that she go to the military police force. At BKOM she met another security guard who refused and they decided together to join the military police and are still good friends to this day.
After the internship and the course, she was assigned to the escort company in Prison 4, to which she returned as a commander after completing the officer's degree, which she completed as a completionist. Molly talks about the exciting moment when her parents gave her the rank of officer at the end of the course and is proud of the long road she took from a soldier who fell through the cracks and refused to enlist for an insignificant position, until she became an outstanding completionist and an outstanding president commander of the Military Police Corps.
