This is the Shattit "Pinoy Binoy" project, in which two buildings with 14 apartments each were demolished and two 8-story buildings were built in their place, with 43 housing units in each. Shattit Company sold all the apartments in the project. In the project, 3- and 4-room apartments were sold, at prices starting from NIS 1,190,000 for a 3-room apartment.
