The municipality of Haifa under the failed leadership of Einat Kalish adds another item to its never-ending list of failures when we were informed that the Ministry of the Interior determined that there is a comprehensive conflict of interest with Yoav Ramati, the chairman of the Yaffa Nof company. When inexperienced people like Kalish and Ramati are in key positions, it is no wonder that the Yaffe Nof company is about to close after the Ministry of Transportation canceled the contract with it. Unfortunately, the residents of Haifa are paying the price every day and hour for the never-ending failures of Einat Kalish's inexperience. The case of Ramati and Yapa Nof is one of many payments to come.
Yoav Ramati should have known that this would be the opinion and not to approach Lipa Nof.
Einat Kalish should have known that this would be the opinion and not appoint Ramati as chairman.
The municipality's legal advisor Yamit Klein should have known that it would be disqualified and not legalize the move.
