Almost 6 years since a solid cliff. 6 years without Tzvika and every year we meet hundreds of people who come on the eve of Memorial Day to the "Sing, Remember and Grow" event in memory of Tzvika.
People who come to remember, distinguish and connect.
And like Zvika in his life, we too do not let an obstacle or difficulty hinder us in fulfilling our mission, and our mission on this day is to remember.
And so this year we will also hold the ceremony - we will broadcast it through the association's Facebook page that we set up in his memory "Kach Tzvika" or through the association's YouTube channel.
Attached is a link to both options. We would love to have you with us. Monday 27/04/20 at 21:00 p.m

Tzvika was born in Haifa on 6/5/1986, son of Tzila and Yehuda Kaplan, twin brother to Tzipi and older brother to Elisheva.
As a teenager he devoted a lot of time to youth movement activities and later became an instructor at the Neve Shanan branch, at the age of 16 he was appointed chairman of the youth movement in the city of Haifa.
In high school, Zvika started volunteering at the organization "Ko Haim", an organization whose goal is to help children with disabilities, volunteering which he continued until his enlistment.
As part of the organization's activities, Zvika met Adi, whom he married and together they had two sons - Elkana and Nadav. Tzvika and Adi made their home in Kibbutz Merav, which is located on Mount Gilboa.
Before the army, Zvika saw the importance of knowing the land, and chose to follow the path of Israel. Tzvika was characterized by qualities of humility, total honesty, uncompromising ambition for excellence, setting a personal example, caring and genuine concern for trainees and soldiers.
Tzvika enlisted in the IDF in July 2006, in the middle of the Second Lebanon War. He began his service course in the Golani patrol unit. When he was qualified to be a fighter in the unit, he began the command training course that included a military officer course and an officer course, which he completed as a battalion honors. After that, he returned to the unit and served as a team commander in the training course, a fighter team commander and was appointed to the position of deputy company commander. Later he went to academic studies that combined an MPH course. He finished his studies as an honors student in the course.
On July 20, 2014, the IDF embarked on Operation Tzuk Eitan. As part of the ground operation, Zvika Kaplan was killed during the fighting while being a commanding officer of the patrol.

For about three years, I led a volunteer Jeep trip for children with severe disabilities under the commemorative banner of *Zvika Kaplan, the late 58th*, the trip that included XNUMX volunteer jeepers from all over the country and left from Nopi-Perat and Kfar Adumim.. It was under the "Achim" association. She recruited me to lead the commemoration campaign and tell his story. May his memory be blessed. In the light of Nebo. Jeep guide from Haifa and the north. I hope you will be able to renovate the aviary in Carmel, the beautiful pergola that was erected there... has been completely destroyed.
Heartache. Hero of Israel. We will not be forgotten
Fire whispers around
And horror reaches out...
Corrupter, to whom a soul desires
Taking another friend next to…
A deafening blast
And the pain rips the body...
only death, which remains indifferent,
Between the cleft ridges he walks.
a field sown with blood,
A bunch of anemones will grow...
Life is not a perfect thing,
But how good they are to live.
All the fragments of memories
Between white light on a stretcher...
as a photo edited film
The head spins in a minute.
… and then suddenly mope is over,
With the cloud in front of my eyes...
Heaven will wait tomorrow,
But how do you survive this day in the meantime?
Every day haunts the same nightmare,
Why did you let me live...
for he, who fell to die,
could have built a life…
a field sown with blood,
A bunch of anemones will grow...
Life is not a perfect thing,
But how good they are to live.

painful. painful. painful. Hurts ..and never ends.
Keep a watchful eye on all the children
who followed and will follow you. Rest in peace?
