Amos died yesterday evening aged 77.
I happened to work among him in the late 70s
Amos knew how to get to any point without indulgences, say the name Amos here, clear the place as if a public figure had arrived

His thesis would always be ready to jump online to bring the second one to the viewer....here and now.
The television back then was not like it is today, there was then Channel 1 when we would listen to Amos Carmeli writing, we were all alert as if a movie star had arrived
I had the honor of working a little under him and besides that I recently met him at many social events
The last time I saw him and took a picture with him was a month ago at the opening of an exhibition at the Discount Bank in the center of Carmel
You can write books about his life story full of content and fascinating....
A wise man, a rare breed, a media icon, there are no words...
Amos we will miss you even today they quote you and say here Amos Carmeli in the north
This saying has become a Haifa slang...
