Along the southern 150 m, a coastal garden will be built, which includes an expansion of the boardwalk made of wooden planks, a shaded sitting area, in front of which is a grass area, coastal vegetation and sitting areas adjacent to the sea rock.
Along the boardwalk, above the sailing club area, a circular observation deck will be built, made of wooden planks. In front of the quiet beach, there will be an entrance plaza paved with a unique flooring that includes the 3 existing old trees, a wooden beach wall and a ramp for disabled access.
The boardwalk connects in the east to the existing sidewalk of the navy base, and in the west it will connect to the boardwalk that will be built along the sea front of the navy training base in Bat Galim.
