The old central station in Haifa stands as a white duplicate in a central location in Haifa. Many Haifa people wonder what it looks like from the inside. The drone photographer, Marom Ben Aryeh, provides a glimpse of aerial photography and shows the neglect and abandonment seen from the windows. Here you can see the shortened video followed by the full video, which peeks into the floors of the building and shows the crumbling floors.
The station was purchased by the Netsaba company and Haifa hopes that it will be restored and change its purpose soon. You can read about the initiative to change the purpose of the station in Michal Yaron's article

First, this is not the old station which was located on Ben Gurion Boulevard in front of the Soldier's House.
Regarding this building, then in any regulated authority, a building that is in a state of neglect from a structural point of view, they would oblige the owner to renovate the building or take it down. Here in Haifa, the local authority probably doesn't want to (I'm sure they have an excuse). Instead of cramming all over old Carmel with thickened buildings called TMA 38, build houses where needed.
The old station reflects the state of Haifa today. It stands out from afar but suffers from neglect. If an entrepreneur does not come along to rescue it from being fattened, it will continue to be a white elephant with untapped potential. Appropriate investment and the elephant comes to life.
It's time to raise the property tax twice the place or they will start renovating immediately! Otherwise it will be an elephant for at least another ten years.
So where is the new central station?, I didn't know that this appointment was inactive
There is a small terminal in the same place called the Bat Galim station, it's been over ten years... the big central stations are no longer in Haifa itself but in the Gulf Central and the Hoof Carmel Central
The Bat Galim station ceased to be active in 2001-2 approximately. The activity there gradually stopped and moved to the Carmel Beach and Hafaretz Central stations
The old station is not that. The old station is in the lower city and currently a hotel is being built in its place.
This station is called Bat Galim/ Dolphin Central Station.
Nitsaba did not have to purchase it, the station was theirs from the beginning.
It would be good if it was turned into small apartments for servants at the bases or apartments for doctors/interns/students in Rambam and there would be more land left over for the establishment of ancillary services and parking lots.
And before that there were also terminals near the "Merkaz Hasmona" train station as well as on Bankim Street
