The new road, paved by the "Yefa Nof" company for the Haifa municipality, exits from the rear of the Beit Ihaii complex at the end of Herzl Street and connects via a ramp to the lower part of Nahal HaGivori road.
Driving on the road is possible in one direction from Herzl Street up through the heroes and from there to Pika Road, Neve Shaanan and the Carmel neighborhoods. The new project aims to reduce traffic congestion on Hadar streets and make it easier to get out of the heart of the neighborhood to the Carmel Ridge and Neve Shaanan, while preventing the need, which has existed until today, to travel on Bialik, Hassan Shukri and Ibn Gvirol streets.
