Over three hundred participants visited the city hall today, after it issued a call for cat feeders to come to a first and unique conference of its kind. Before the conference, each participant registered and received a certificate "official cat lover", and a basket of cat food as a gift from several pet food stores in Haifa.
A significant addition to the spaying and neutering budget of the street cats in Haifa
After the municipality's budget was approved last week, Haifa website learned that the budget that will be allocated for spaying and neutering street cats will amount to NIS 741,000. The budget reflects an increase of about two hundred percent compared to the budget in previous years. Attorney Avital Ben-Non spoke about various laws and important rulings on animal rights.
