- Reconfirmation of the road route established in the 1584 plan, which creates an additional exit from the Ramat-Begin neighborhood through Bnei Brit St. to Menachem Savidor St. in the direction of Freud Road and Ramat-Eshkol.
This is a plan that will turn Bnei Brit Street, which is currently a dead end street and a significant part of the Ramat Begin neighborhood, into a major transportation artery for the southern neighborhoods of the ridge.
In fact, for the neighborhoods of Dania, Ramat Golda, Almogi, part of the estate and the Druze villages, this road will be used as a preferred exit route from the city towards the south.
Just a few months ago, in response to an article in the Kalvo newspaper, the city engineer was quoted:
"This is not a construction permit for the Soroka road, but only the expropriation of marginal areas. It is not yet executed"
