The members of the association told him the stories of their lives, as Holocaust survivors. Yair Netanyahu listened attentively. Holocaust survivors gave Yair the books in which their personal stories are recorded.
Shimon Sebag, CEO of the association, gave Yair a comprehensive overview of the association's activities.
Shimon told Lahi Fa: "Yair's visit to the association shows the way the entire family helps Holocaust survivors almost secretly. The visit is part of the Netanyahu family's support for the Yad Ezer Association for a Friend. I saw today in the eyes of this special young man how excited he is, how much he wants to give, To listen and how much he understands that these people must feel that the state has their back."
Sabag emphasized that Yair Netanyahu, who has been volunteering for the association for several years, will continue to support it and visit the survivors. "We consider Yair Netanyahu a dear friend and an important volunteer for helping Holocaust survivors."
Yair met with Shoshana Kolmer, who celebrated her 100th birthday this week and listened attentively to her personal story.
For Holocaust survivors, such a visit is a special experience and is a recognition of the special importance that our society attaches to their well-being.
At the end of the visit to the dining room, Yair toured the Holocaust Museum, which was inaugurated in January 2018 and was named after Yair's grandfather, Shmuel Ben Artzi, Sarah Netanyahu's father. On the day of the dedication of the museum, Sara Netanyahu participated in the dedication ceremony.
At the end of the visit, Yair signed the guest book and said goodbye to the Holocaust survivors.
