The announcement of the Behad Promenade, which will later be called the Huldah Gurevich Promenade:
Haifa's beach promenades will include about 10 km of bike paths and walking paths along Haifa's bathing beaches.
The sequence of promenades is established at the initiative of the Haifa municipality through the "Yefa Nof" company and includes bicycle and pedestrian paths. The route, about 10 km long, will connect Dado South Beach to Bat Galim.
Along the new boardwalks, bicycle paths and a pedestrian path will be established, which will be illuminated with an innovative lighting system that will allow riding and walking at night. Bicycle parking facilities, water taps and refreshment centers will also be established along the paths.
The sequence of promenades completed so far includes the following promenades:
"Dado" Promenade Established in the late 80s and renovated by the Haifa municipality in 2012. The promenade, which is about 2 km long, stretches along the southern bathing beaches of the city: "Harmel Beach", "Zamir Beach", "Dado Beach" and "Dado Beach" South". The boardwalk is paved with interlocking stones and includes cafes and restaurants, surf and water sports clubs, a wading pool for toddlers, a dance floor and the most beautiful roller coasters in Israel, an amphitheater where concerts and summer events are held, fitness centers, the largest tension facility complex in Israel where the second Israeli tension championship will be held this summer, seating areas, Toilets and cloakrooms. Trees suitable for a seaside environment were also planted along the boardwalk, including: bushes and palms, seasonal plants and grassy areas.
Carmel Beach Promenade - was established about three years ago at a cost of about NIS 5 million as the natural continuation of the Dado Promenade from Carmel Beach to the Shikmona Park Promenade. The 400-meter-long boardwalk was built along a unique stretch of beach with geomorphological phenomena rich in flora and fauna that came about as a result of the "intrusion" of Rosh Carmel into the sea. The contact of the sea with the hard limestone rock created tabular formations (flat rocks). Along the boardwalk lit with modern LED lighting, panoramic stairs were built from which we can discover the sea view and it includes a bicycle path.
Shekmona Promenade - Crosses Shikmona Park which was established about 7 years ago. The ecological park covers an area of about 80 dunams in front of the beach. The boardwalk was established at the same time as the restoration and restoration of the coastal vegetation, preserving the unique values of nature, archeology and landscape. The length of the pedestrian promenade is approximately 1.5 km. The drainage channels of the wadis are emphasized in the walking experience, and near them a seating area and sea-view balconies have been integrated. In the construction of the promenade, care was taken to use materials and shapes that blend in with the natural character of the place. Activity: One center, at the southern entrance to the beach, is a kind of entrance gate to the Shkamona beach and it includes a gathering square, a view of the sea and seating, the second center near Nahal Lotem and the third near Nahal Aliya.
Hecht Park Promenade: It is located between the national park "Tel Shekmona" [the second crossing of the railway] and Dado Beach. The promenade was established by the Municipality of Haifa in 2008 as part of the development of the park funded by the Reuven Hecht Foundation. The length of the promenade is about 1.2 km and it includes a variety of attractions including a "skate park" complex, one of the largest and most beautiful in Israel, a Pamtrack complex for cyclists, cat-walk and basketball courts, Fitness facilities and a shaded challenge playground for children of different ages. The boardwalk includes two bridges that pass over the channels of Nahal Lotem in the south of the park and Nahal Aliya to the north.
Hubert Humphrey Promenade - perfect these days in the continuation of the Shekmona Park Promenade. The approximately 2 km long boardwalk is being built by the municipality through the company "Yafa Nof" and extends from the end of the Shekmona boardwalk and the Sea and Lakes Research Institute along the street to the Allenby interchange. The boardwalk includes seating areas, a foot and bicycle path, lighting lawns and access to a unique beach used for kitesurfing.
Bat Galim Promenade: Established by the municipality [in the 70s] between the lower station of the Stella Maris cable car and the Navy's training base. The boardwalk is a direct continuation of the Hubert Humphrey boardwalk and is the first in a series of beach boardwalks facing north toward the Haifa Bay. The boardwalk begins with grassy areas and includes Fitness centers, restaurants, shaded and decorative seating areas. The boardwalk is being renovated by the municipality these days.

Walked in Bhd Launching these days. This is a historical landmark in the development of Haifa's beaches. The boardwalk is being built according to an agreement between the Haifa municipality and the security establishment, according to which the navy will withdraw from the water line in the coastal strip between Bat Galim beach and the Pacific coast. The promenade will connect the Bat Galim promenade and the quiet beach. The boardwalk will include an integrated wooden flooring, seating steps, benches for viewing the sea and a bicycle path, as well as a bridge under which boats in the Navy will pass to the sea.

And along these six kilometers full of superlatives that thousands of citizens visit every day, did it not occur to you at least halfway through the route to build a normal and respectful toilet structure?? But two repulsive plastic boxes that we are all disgusted by??? Or did you mean for us to use the beautiful bushes that were planted along the track???
I was happy to hear that there is a series of promenades in Haifa, great!
About a month ago, I walked along the Bat Galim Promenade in the direction of the Bad Yok Promenade, everything is blocked and there is no crossing, no continuation. A big disappointment.
Is there a sequence today?
