The spokesmen of the Rescue Union - North District delivered in the morning hours:
Volunteers of the Carmel Rescue Union performed CPR on a man who drowned in a pool at a spa on Liraz Akelsard Street in Haifa. The man was pulled from the water by the rescuers without a pulse and breathing.
Shloimi Feder, a medic at the Rescue Union, said:
"When I arrived at the scene, the 70-year-old man was outside the pool after being pulled from the water by the lifeguard without a pulse and breathing. We performed advanced resuscitation operations on him with the help of an intensive care unit team, but unfortunately he was pronounced dead at the end of the resuscitation efforts."
The MDA spokeswoman informed Lahi Fe: at 09:09 a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel region about a man who lost consciousness (apparently due to medical reasons) while swimming in a pool in Haifa. MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment at the scene and performed CPR operations, at the end of which a 70-year-old man was pronounced dead
