(Hai Pa) - On Ophir Street, a garage caught fire last night. Firefighters battled the flames for many hours. A few hours after the event ended, a call was received to put out a burning truck on the very same street.

In the early morning, the fire fighters from the Haifa station, under the command of Rashef Shahar Brauner, returned to Hoof Shemen following reports of a fire of a truck on Ophir Street, Haifa.
The fighters, who arrived in large forces, began quick extinguishing operations so that the fire from the truck would not spread to other trucks in the designated compound.
This fire incident was relatively distant from the incident in the evening, therefore, at first light the arson investigators will contact the Israel Police who will check if there is a connection between the incidents.
